Lafayette SK-312

Does anyone have any opinions on the Lafayette SK-312 Triaxial Woofers? I believe they were made exclusively by Utah in the min to late 70's. in 1979 They changed the model to Lafayette SK-312 A giving them a smaller basket and replacing the cloth surrounds with yellow foam with a ribbed cone.
